Do I get the actual vehicle shown when I book?
Yes. At MOOV Rentals, you choose the actual vehicle you want to rent—not simply a vehicle category or an “or similar” option. The vehicle pictured and selected during booking is the vehicle reserved for your trip.
Our goal is to take the guesswork out of renting. Browse the fleet, choose your vehicle, book it and drive it.

Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes. MOOV Rentals offers convenient rental options for travelers arriving through Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).
Select your preferred airport as your pickup location when making your reservation. Pickup instructions and applicable details will be provided for your rental.
MOOV Rentals does not operate a traditional rental counter inside the airport terminals.
Do you offer weekly, monthly or long-term car rentals?
Yes. MOOV Rentals offers weekly, monthly and extended rental options for customers who need a vehicle for longer periods.
Long-term rentals can be a convenient option for extended stays, temporary transportation, business assignments, seasonal visits or customers who simply need a vehicle for several weeks or months.

How much does it cost to rent a car?
Our rental rates vary based on the vehicle, rental dates, length of your trip, and availability—the same factors that commonly affect rental-car pricing.
At MOOV Rentals, we believe in providing great vehicles at competitive prices, with options ranging from affordable everyday transportation to spacious SUVs, minivans, passenger vans, and premium luxury vehicles. Longer rentals may qualify for discounted daily rates, and pricing is shown when you select your vehicle and travel dates.

Are there any additional fees?
At MOOV Rentals, we believe in clear and transparent pricing with no surprises. Your reservation will show the applicable rental charges and taxes, along with any optional services you choose.
Additional charges generally apply only when applicable, such as tolls, fuel, additional mileage, late returns, excessive cleaning, smoking or pet violations, lost keys, damage, or other charges outlined in your rental agreement. Optional products and services may also affect your total.

Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes. MOOV Rentals has a minimum rental period of 3 days (72 hours) for most vehicles. Longer rental periods may qualify for better daily rates, depending on the vehicle, dates, and availability.
Whether you need a vehicle for 3 days, a long weekend, a week, or longer, we make it easy to find a rental that fits your plans.
Need it longer? The longer you MOOV, the more you may save.
Are there any age or other restrictions on who can rent a car?
Yes. Renters must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license. Certain luxury, premium, specialty, and high-performance vehicles may require renters to be 25 or older. Additional requirements or restrictions may apply depending on the vehicle, insurance coverage, driving history, and rental circumstances.
All renters and additional drivers must be approved and listed on the rental agreement before operating the vehicle.

Are there any discounts or promotions currently available?
Yes! MOOV Rentals regularly offers special rates and promotions based on vehicle availability, rental length, season, and select vehicles. Customers booking weekly or extended rentals may also receive discounted daily rates.

What are your available extras?
Make your trip even easier with a variety of optional extras from MOOV Rentals. Depending on availability, you can add insurance coverage, child safety seats, additional drivers, prepaid fuel options, additional mileage packages, vehicle delivery and pickup, airport service, and other convenient add-ons to customize your rental experience.

What are the fuel and mileage policies?
Mileage: Mileage allowances may vary depending on the vehicle and rental period. Your included mileage will be clearly stated before your rental begins. Any mileage exceeding the included allowance is subject to an additional mileage charge, as outlined in your rental agreement.
Fuel: Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as when they were received. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be responsible for the cost of the missing fuel plus the applicable refueling service fee.

Can I rent a vehicle for rideshare, delivery or gig work?
MOOV Rentals offers rental options for eligible rideshare, delivery and independent gig workers who need dependable transportation.
Gig-work use is subject to MOOV Rentals' rental terms, insurance requirements and the eligibility requirements of the individual rideshare or delivery platform. Renting a vehicle from MOOV Rentals does not guarantee that a vehicle will be approved by a particular platform.
Contact us before booking if you plan to use your rental for gig work so we can help you determine the appropriate rental option.
Where can I drive my MOOV rental?
MOOV Rentals vehicles are generally permitted for use within the State of Florida. Travel outside Florida requires prior approval from MOOV Rentals.
If your trip will take you outside Florida, contact us before your rental so we can review your travel plans and applicable requirements.
Do I need insurance to rent a vehicle?
Renters must meet the applicable insurance requirements for their rental. If you have your own automobile insurance, we may request proof of coverage and verify that it meets the requirements for the vehicle you are renting.
Insurance options may also be available for eligible rentals. Coverage requirements, availability and pricing can vary, so review the options provided with your reservation or contact MOOV Rentals before booking if you have questions about insurance.
